This website is owned and operated by Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd. Throughout the site, the terms “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd. Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd offers this website, including all information and services available to you from this site, the user, your acceptance of all terms and conditions, policies and notices as stated herewith. By accessing or using this site for your registration of training program, you represent that you are 18 years or older or that you have obtained the explicit consent of your parents/legal guardians in case you have not yet reached the age of 18 and you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree or do not have consent of your parent/legal guardian to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access and use this website. Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd may revise these Terms of Use at any time. We reserve the right to change, add or delete any portions of these Terms of Use by posting updates and/or changes to our website. We encourage you to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued usage of this site will constitute your acceptance of those changes. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, re-transmit, distribute, republish, disseminate, display, sell, post, or circulate any form of such material to any third party without the prior written consent of Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd .

4. TRAINING FEE

Our training fees can be viewed on our site. You may register for our training offered for Public Programs in our website by us by completing the registration form available on our site. The final training fees will confirm through our confirmation e-mail to you. At any time, we reserve the right to amend the training fees for our Public Training Programs offered without any notice.

5. SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION

Once you submit an online registration through our site, we will usually take 48 working hours to process your registration and reply the confirmation to you through e-mail. All registrations are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion. By submitting registration to us, you agree to be bound by our stated terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend, refuse or cancel registration at any time. In the event that we make any changes to or cancel a registration, we may attempt to notify you through the contact information provided by you at the time the when registration was made on our site either by via e-mail, phone number or registration address.

6. AVAILABILITY

All Public Training Programs offered are subject to availability of seat. If any program you have registered, seats are fully booked, we may contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative training program or change to another date. However, if you do not accept an alternative training program or change to another date, we will cancel your registration and duly inform through e-mail. If you agreed to accept an alternative training program or change to another date, we will send you a revised confirmation on your registration.

7. LIMITED SEATS

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the number of seat of any of our training program offer on our site based on the limited number of seats can be accommodate for each training and we practise first-come- first basis. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel number of participant per registration under the same customer account.

8. PAYMENT

Upon receiving your confirmed registration, payment is to be made immediately to ensure seat booking is confirmed. Registrations made without payment are subject to cancellation without prior notice. Kindly make cheques payable to Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd. Bank-in to: Public Bank Berhad;  Account number: 3194 100 708. To verify  your payment, please  provide us your payment transaction details (Bank-in slip or Telegraphic Transfer). Kindly e-mail your payment details to register@progresslink.com.my

9. CANCELLATION / TRANSFER

Upon confirmation of registration and in the event of participant(s)’s cancellation/amendment, a cancellation/amendment fee of 30% of the full training fee will be imposed for late notice/advice of cancellation/amendment ( for notice less than 14 working days). A written cancellation/amendment notice must be received 14 working days or before the program date, we will refund full payment already made or no cancellation/amendment to be imposed. In such an event of cancellation with notice less than 14 working days, any payment made would be refunded after deduction of 30% for late cancellation fees. Written cancellation/amendment notice received less than 7 working days before the program dates, payment made will not be refundable. You can substitute an alternate participant/ postpone training date (in-house) if you deem necessary and wish to avoid cancellation/ amendment charges/ non-refundable payment. 

10. DISCLAIMER

Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances . We also reserve the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice should we deem it necessary. In such an event of cancellation of program, any payment made would be refunded in full.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Progress Link Training & Consultancy Sdn Bhd and partners, facilitators, trainers, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation of lost revenue, lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
