INTRODUCTION

How can employees use Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to work faster, communicate better and improve productivity without compromising accuracy, privacy or responsible workplace practices? As AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and other generative AI platforms become increasingly integrated into everyday work, organisations need employees who can use these technologies effectively while understanding their capabilities, limitations and risks.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Participants will practise using AI tools to create workplace documents, visual content, and presentations while discussing responsible and secure AI usage.

TRAINING PREPARATION      

Participants are required to have a laptop or computer with internet access for the hands-on exercises. Access to at least one generative AI platform such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini is recommended to support practical learning during the programme. As the training will be conducted online via Zoom, participants should also ensure they have a stable internet connection, updated web browser, functioning camera, microphone and speakers/headset. Where applicable, participants should use only organisation-approved AI accounts and non-confidential information during practical exercises.
